We don’t just store our malt and hops in our warehouse, we also do testing of our new recipes there.
The recent experiment is a new coffee-infused beer and the outcome is simply amazing. The light roasted aroma and flavor of coffee beans blended extremely well with the hops. We are satisfied with the result and hope you will enjoy it as well!
We are figuring out the shelf life of the beer. We know that the acidity from the coffee beans is an unstable substance and it oxidizes fairly quickly. This means that this delicate beer has to be stored properly as kegs and be consumed quickly. This beer is truly a limited edition.
